The Audi Range

This time of the year the days are getting warmer, longer and – hopefully – sunnier, so you’ll be seeing more and more opportunity to drive a convertible.

TT Spring

Spring is around the corner and if you’re in a convertible it may as well be quite a stylish one, which is why the Audi TT Roadster is perfect for the coming season.

The most recent coupe version of the TT is already an award-winner and the soft-top version shares most of it characteristics, making this a great choice as a convertible.

For a start, the TT Roadster is a great place to be, with leather seats and Audi’s Multimedia Interface as standard. Add in the standard 12.3-inch Audi virtual cockpit and pick a model with Matrix LED lights and quattro four wheel drive and you have a sports car that's perfect for all environments and weathers.

Where the TT Roadster improves is, of course, the open top experience. The fabric roof opens or closes in just 10 seconds and at speeds of up to 31mph. When open, air vents behind your head and a wind deflector that pops up automatically when the roof is folded away means you won’t be uncomfortable in the open air.

As practicality goes, the roof doesn’t hinder boot space either and has a large, 280 litre compartment to fit things in - impressive considering that boot space isn’t typically a primary concern of a small sports car!

Like its coupe sibling, the Roadster is available with the 182hp 2.0 TDI diesel and the 227hp 2.0 TFSI petrol engines and in Sport and S-Line specifications. If you fancy things a little faster, the Roadster also comes as the TTS Roadster, with a 306p version of the 2.0 TFSI petrol.
