As part of the Audi trim range for the high end A4, A5, A6 and A7 Sportback, 'Black Edition' has become a staple of the company's look and feel.
To top the new range update for the Q3, Audi are introducing the Black Edition trim to the compact SUV as the top of the additions to the model.
This introduction is part of a complete trim restructuring, which sees the SE, S Line Navigation and S Line Edition updated to the Sport, S Line Edition and Black Edition for a more premium feel throughout the entire Q3 line-up.
As the new entry level, the Sport trim now offers SD navigation, Audi Music and Bluetooth interface and parking sensors from the base model for more awareness and information on the road, while the exterior changes include larger front air vents and a body-coloured front diffuser for more presence.
For the S Line Edition trim, Audi adds cruise control, Audi Parking System Plus and new exterior detailing, such as horizontal struts across the front end, more distinctive inlet surrounds and a newly-designed diamond mesh grille design.
To top off the Q3 range, the Black Edition adds a darker element to the mid-size SUV, with black gloss 19-inch alloy wheels, wheel arch cappings and single frame surround for the roof rails, rear spoiler and tail pipes. Metallic paint, privacy glass rear windows and an upgraded Bose sound system are also fitted as standard to the top end trim.
Scrolling rear indicators are fitted as standard for the S Line Edition and Black Edition models, with LED daytime running lights and Xenon headlamps also installed as standard across the whole Q3 range.
