As sponsors of The Chefs’ Forum, East Kent Audi decided to treat one lucky person to an Audi Driving Experience... and this just so happened to be Lorraine Smith.
It all began when students from the East Kent College and Hit Training members all gathered at the Ramada, Dover, on Monday 22 February, to showcase the best of Kentish Indian Gastronomy.
A day filled with plenty of Eastern treats and delight; Executive Chef Satish Nalli, greeted 50 culinary experts to join the latest Chefs Forum meeting at midday.
With a selection of impressive Indian canapés available at the event and fruit carvings taking place – it was clear to see that Lorraine Smith (a mature Level 3 student from East Kent College) stood out from the crowd, from the very beginning.
Satish was, in fact, so impressed with Lorraine’s fruit carving effort that he decided to invite her back for an ice-sculpting master class, in addition to the Audi Driving Experience courtesy of East Kent Audi.
