A7 Sportback Style features
The Audi A7 Sportback will be very distinctive on the road. Its striking single-frame grille is highlighted by horizontal slats, high gloss black finish and chrome applications.
The design of the front lights have a stronger, sharper profile due to the juxtaposition next to the single frame grille.
The Audi A7 Sportback is characterised by its main bodyline, called the "tornado line". Drawn along the line of the body the "tornado line" gives the A7 Sportback a stretched, slim and taut body, emphasising its beauty and its sport credentials.
Above the "tornado line" sits the shoulder line, a piece of design DNA shared across the Audi range. This line creates a wide, high shoulder and leads into what is called the sweeping hipline, and is specific to the Audi A7 Sportback, maintaining dynamism of this line along entire tail panel.
One of the defining features of the Audi A7 Sportback is its sloping rear silhouette. Power and dynamism is evident from this newly designed rear. This silhouette, giving the A7 Sportback strong hips, and its weight poised in a leaning stance, make the A7 Sportback look mobile even when stationary.
To reinforce the performance credentials of the A7 Sportback, it also comes with a retractable rear spoiler which elevates at given speeds, but which can also be operated manually. The retractable rear spoiler is similar to that seen on the TT.
