Tonbridge Audi welcomes the Audi Owners Club

Following on from the success of last year, Tonbridge Audi are once again inviting the Audi Owners Club to use their facilities for an event in September. On the day, in addition to the Club holding their usual concourse events, the members will be offered complimentary vehicle health checks by the Tonbridge Technicians and offered the chance to pose questions to the team about their cars. Refreshments will also be available to all and a selection of Audi accessories on display for purchasing.

These events are wonderful at adding an extra element of interest to all who visit on the day. With Audi models on display from the early '90's to present day, it enables us to see just how much the Audi Brand has developed through the years.

Ladies only evening

We will be inviting our Lady Audi owners to an exclusive 'Women in the Driving Seat' event in September which will be in aid of Demelza Hospice Care for Children.

We are offering a fun and informative evening with beauty advice from top cosmetic brands, mechanical demonstrations by our expert Technicians and, each guest will receive the offer of a complimentary safety check and service wash on their car. Throughout the evening drinks and canapés will be served and raffle tickets will be on sale with all proceeds going to Demelza Hospice Care for Children.

Anyone for Golf?

As part of the Audi dealer network, we at Tonbridge Audi are fortunate enough to be involved in the Quattro Club Golf Tournament which is now in its 21st year. The tournament invites customers and members of Audi Staff to come together to represent local Audi centres.

Tonbridge Audi once again participated in the Quattro Club Golf Tournament on June 28 with the event taking place at Nizels Golf Club in Hildenborough, Kent. The teams competed to represent Tonbridge Audi in the National Championship. At the time of publication of this newsletter the following players will be moving into the regional final round at Goodwood on 7th July, Rob Newman, Peter Cockroft, Roger Daniels, Bill Hickling, Geoff Edler and Stephen Winter. If they are successful here they go on to play in finals at a luxurious five-day event taking place at the Mission Hills Resort, China.

I wanted to take the time to write and thank Arron Elliott for an outstanding level of service that I enjoyed in connection with the acquisition of an Audi R8 Spyder this week. I have been looking for an R8 for approximately 18 months but the nature of my job has meant that I have never really had time to pursue a purchase. I e-mailled Tonbridge Audi last Thursday in connection with a 3 month old Spyder and received a call from Arron that morning following which Arron drove the car to my house to show it to me. The reality is that if I had had to go to Tonbridge to inspect then I simply wouldn't have got round to it.

Arron was polite, courteous and engaging; a real pleasure to deal with. Having agreed to buy the car last Thursday, Arron has worked tirelessly to get the paperwork ready (including a change of registration plates) to get the car to me today. In addition, because of my work schedule, I would have been unable to pick up the car from your garage. Arron brought the car to my house notwithstanding that it was late in the day and he would have returned home well past office hours.

All in all a fantastic level of service. We have purchased many Audis in the past but have received mixed service levels from other dealerships. Going forwards I will have no hesitation in seeking to buy through the Tonbridge Audi dealership, solely off the back of the service provided by Arron.

Please pass on my gratitude to him for a job well done.

Unlike many magazine apps, it goes beyond flat-page replications, instead presenting something that is multi-layered, expansive and revolutionary.
